All week, Iโve been reading about how the big-name influencers are leaving Twitter and joining Substack. We are all now going to have to get up at 5 a.m., stop buying coffee, and cancel our Netflix accounts.
Iโm so tired of this Bro culture.. so so tired.
And thatโs not the worst of it.
Thereโs a flood of content out there right now.
AI is pumping out articles by the second.
Influencers are parroting the same soundbites they got from a brand deal or someone elseโs thread.
Itโs efficient. Itโs polished.
But itโs also empty.
Iโm tired of it.
Tired of reading generic tips from someone whoโs never actually done the thing.
Tired of perfect lives and curated feeds.
Tired of hearing โauthenticโ stories that were clearly written to go viral.
I hope you feel the same.
What we want is something else, and we are going to have to lead the way.
We want real voices.
Real insight.
Real stories.
And thatโs where you come in.
If youโve lived a littleโฆ
If youโve struggled, failed, started over, figured things out the hard wayโฆ
If youโve had success and scars and slow seasonsโฆ
Then youโre carrying something no AI and no trend-chaser can replicate.
Your experience is your edge.
Your stories, messy, raw, and real, are what cut through the noise.
The internet doesnโt need more content.
It needs more you. It needs more honesty, it needs to be shown how it really is.
Hereโs what I mean:
Iโve been in this online game since 2004.
Iโve seen every tactic under the sun.
Iโve made good money, lost my way, burned out, come back.
Iโve rebuilt my business around walking, thinking, writing, and simplicity, not because itโs trendy, but because life forced me to stop chasing complexity.
And now?
I share that journey.
And people respond.
Not because Iโm perfect but because Iโm real. Iโve screwed up and been honest about it. Iโve faced adversity and talked about it.
You have that same power.
So hereโs your reminder for today:
Donโt hide your life. Use it.
The real things youโve seen, felt, and figured out are your content goldmine.
Not just what you know, but what youโve lived, what youโve felt.
Let the others chase attention.
Youโre building a connection.
And in the long run, thatโs what wins.
Hereโs your task for next weekโฆ
Whatโs one story from your life youโve wanted to share, but havenโt yet?
Share itโฆ
Because it might be the exact story someone else needs to hear.

Exactly!
And that's why I no longer write bro-advice or poetry shaped as wisdom.
I share my thoughts and my life. I do my best to add a lesson for the reader.
That may fail big time... But at least I won't feel fake while sharing.
